Tri-Canada Sanitary Stainless Steel Fittings
Sanitary Tri-Clamp style fittings are most popular for the easy assembly and breakdown of process lines and equipment. Tri-Canada offers Sanitary Tri-Clamp fittings in T304 and T316L materials in 1/2” through 12” sizes.
Tri-Canada has been one of the country’s largest suppliers of sanitary fittings and tubing for almost 50 years. Over that time we have learned a lot about sanitary fittings and tubing and in today’s international marketplace, we can assure you that not all fittings have the high quality standards of previous years.
Tri-Canada sources all our raw materials and finished product, whenever possible, from domestic manufacturers with proven track records for quality. While it is no longer possible to source only domestic manufactured sanitary fittings, we do require that all of our sanitary tubular fittings are manufactured from sanitary grade, domestically manufactured RathGibson or United sanitary stainless steel tubing.
Inventory
Large inventories of sanitary ASME BPE fittings and ASME BPE sanitary tubing in 316L SS, as well as food grade sanitary fittings and tube in both 304 and 316L SS, with a variety of end connections and surface finishes. We stock both butt-weld & Tri-Clamp fittings in both 20Ra & 15RA with electro-polished surface ID.
Documentation
We have developed extensive procedures and an electronic data infrastructure to make sure that all of our sanitary fittings and tubing shipments are accompanied with the correct documentation. Our MTR’s are stored electronically. In the event that MTR’s are lost at a job site, we have the ability to retrieve and email a new copy in minutes.
Customer Service
Our sales staff is highly trained to make sure you get exactly what you want and get it in a timely manner. If we happen to be out of a part you are looking for, they have the knowledge to suggest viable substitutes.
Custom Fittings
If what you are looking for is not a standard item from our fittings catalogue, we have an in-house stainless steel fabrication facility that can build made to order special sanitary fittings, custom adapters and piping assemblies.
Tri-Canada CRN Registered Fittings (Specified at time of order)
TSSA is the Technical Standards and Safety Authority. They are an independent, non-government, non-profit organization. The Boiler and Pressure Vessels Safety Division of TSSA is responsible for the regulation of boilers, pressure vessels, pressure piping, fittings and hose assemblies as outlined under the CSA B51-97: Boiler, Pressure Vessel and Pressure Piping Code. Each province of Canada has a similar regulating body. CRN stands for Canadian Registration Number. This is a number issued by TSSA to a company signifying that the fittings produced by that company comply with the requirements of TSSA. The CRN number is engraved on the fittings that are approved by the TSSA. The approval process for CRN includes the assembly and testing of a representative cross-section of fittings under the supervision of the TSSA. The CRN approval process also includes protocols for Documentation, Testing and Quality Control of all CRN fittings from Tri-Canada. All customers must confirm with Tri-Canada Sales Representatives at time of order that CRN approval is required.
