Gates Food & Beverage Rubber Hose Assemblies Available from Tri-Canada
Gates Food Master sanitary hose is ideal for the transfer of a range of products including milk, juices, soft drinks, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and water-based products that require an FDA sanitary hose. Featuring a glass-smooth Sanitron tube, it is also suitable for many dry bulk products via suction, pneumatic, or gravity transfers, where a sanitary hose is required.
Tri-Canada manufactures complete hose assemblies with a wide variety of end fittings crimped onto the FoodMaster hose in a sanitary style, that eliminates any chance of microbial contamination between the hose and the end fitting and also eliminates the risk of fitting blow-off, if the hose is used within recommended pressure limits.
All Tri-Canada hose assemblies can include a Canadian Registration Number (CRN), as issued by Ontario TSSA, if requested at time of order.
- Temperature range: -40°F to +230°F (-40°C to +110°C) continuous service.
- Tube: Sanitron hose. White.
- Reinforcement: Synthetic, high tensile textile with static conductive filament; resilient monofilament helix providing crush and kink resistant hose capability.
- Cover: Type P (EPDM) hose. White or gray with burgundy spiral stripe.
- Standards: Meets FDA, 3A-Class 3, and USDA requirements.
- Branding: Continuous transfer label “Gates Food & Beverage Master® Meets FDA, 3A and USDA 250 PSI WP (1.72MPa) Made In U.S.A”.
